Agritait are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and competent construction contractors/trades to regenerate unused, existing farm buildings at Raecleughhead, Duns TD11 3NS to form an equine clinic and administrative base. This project is being part-financed by the Scottish Government And the European Community Scottish Borders Lag Leader 2014-2020 Programme.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
All trades people on site must demonstrate they have the necessary skills, qualifications and insurance to carry out the work detailed in the tender.
A detailed Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan, to comply with Clause 10 of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, and incorporating the requirements of this Construction Phase Plan should be submitted to the Principle Contractor (as defined in CDM 2015 Regulations) prior to commencement of works on site. It is considered likely that this Health and Safety Plan will not be fully prepared at the time of commencement, but it should incorporate the details relevant to operations being carried out during the early stages of works and thereafter developed, amended and re-submitted at appropriate times during the progress of the works. The Plan should be fully developed as far as is practicable at any stage of construction.
