Planning and design of the E39, Rogfast.
The project includes planning and design of the E39, Rogfast, from Harestad in Randaberg municipality to Laupland in Bokn municipality (tunnel). The planning and design concept includes the necessary pilot studies, tender documents (drawings and specifications) and construction plans (working drawings and construction data).
The contract also includes the planning and design of the tunnel arm to Kvitsøy (Island). In addition, the planning and design of open stretches in Randaberg (Harestad junction and tunnel cutting), open stretches on Kvitsøy (Island) (tunnel cutting and new Route 555 to Kvisøy (Island)) and open stretches on Bokn [Island] (tunnel cutting, the Laupland-Knarholmen road section E39 and connection to the existing E39 at Knarholmen).
Included in the contract are also the planning and design of mass deposition in Mekjarvik south, on Kvisøy, in Arsvågn and in the Knarholmen region.
For Bokn (Island), an option exists for planning and design of open stretches for the junction at Knarholmen, the junction at Austre (East) Bokn (Island) and noise barriers between these junctions.
The planning and design work shall be based on the approved plans for the project in Randaberg, Kvitsøy and Bokn municipalities. For the E39 Laupland – Knarholmen segment, at the time being the planning is based on the zoning plan and the plans for E39, Laupland – Knarholmen. Concerning the Harestad junction, the planning must be based on the tendering documentation in connection with zoning plan for the E39 Harestad junction. The same applies to the planned mass landfills.
