Das Zusammenspiel der neuen BÜ-Anlagen mit der Alttechnik konnte im Vorfeld nicht abgesehen werden. Erst nach der IBN wurde festgestellt, dass technische und betriebliche Probleme auftraten, die es zu beseitigen galt.
