Für den Streckenausbau ist die Verlegung der Fernwärmeleitung der Oberhausener Netzgesellschaft mbH im Bereich der Lindnerstraße erforderlich, da diese sich im Baufeld des Trogs der Strecke 2279 und des Stauraumkanals am Fuße des Trogs befindet. Der Verbau der Fernwärmeleitung dient gleichzeitig als Abfangung der Baugrube für den Trog der Strecke 2279. Die Leistung wurde bereits dreimal ausgeschrieben (Vergabevorgangs-Nr.: 21FEI50479). Es ist zuletzt kein Angebot eingegangen (s. Submissionsprotokoll vom 25.05.2021).
