Hankintayksikkö pyysi tarjousta IHAN-kokeilualustalla toteutettavien pilottihankkeiden tukeen ja kokeilualustan komponenttien hallinnointiin ja ylläpitoon pilottikäytön tarpeiden kattamiseksi tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti.

IHAN-kokeilualusta perustuu Lifeengine -datatalouden runkoverkkoteknologiaan ja sen puitteissa kehitettyihin datan tuotteistuksen ja vaihdannan standardeihin, Frends-integraatioteknologialla toteutettuun SaaS-ratkaisuun, sekä SisuID- ja Okta -identiteetti- ja tunnistusratkaisuun ja luvituspalveluun.

Pilottihankkeiden tyypilliset tehtäväkokonaisuudet ovat

o projektien evaluointi ja liiketoimintamallinnus

o datatuotteiden mallintaminen

o projektin toteutus valituilla datatuotteilla

o viestintä

o yleinen tekninen tuki

Työ tullaan toteuttamaan yhdessä muiden toteuttajien kanssa. Nyt kilpailutettava työ koostuu datan tuotteistamisen ratkaisusta IHAN -Testbedin arkkitehtuuria ja standardeja noudattaen.

Kilpailutettava kokonaisuus on 202 htp.
