Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme des ESTW Lindau (UZ Lindau) sind im Knoten Lindau auf der Strecke 5362 (Bahn-km 141,5 bis Bahn-km 153,1), Strecke 4530 (Bahn-km 20,9 bis Bahn-km 22,5), Strecke 5421 (Bahn-km 0,0 bis Bahn-km 2,3) und der Strecke 5 420 (Bahn-km 0,0 bis Bahn-km 5,9) umfangreiche Kabeltiefbau- und Leitungsverlegungsarbeiten durchzuführen.

Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme des ESTW Lindau (UZ Lindau) sind im Knoten Lindau auf der Strecke 5362 (Bahn-km 141,5 bis Bahn-km 153,1), Strecke 4530 (Bahn-km 20,9 bis Bahn-km 22,5), Strecke 5421 (Bahn-km 0,0 bis Bahn-km 2,3) und der Strecke 5420 (Bahn-km 0,0 bis Bahn-km 5,9) umfangreiche Kabeltiefbau- und Leitungsverlegungsarbeiten durchzuführen. Darüber hinaus sind Gründungsarbeiten für Signalmasten, Rückbau der alten Signalanlagen sowie Straßenbauarbeiten Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Am 14.6.2019 wurde durch den AG im Rahmen der Baubesprechung mitgeteilt, dass sich die Arbeiten nur unter Einhaltung umfassender Auflagen der UNB (Untere Naturschutzbehörde) umsetzen lassen. Weiterhin wurde der AN angewiesen, ausschließlich gleisgebunden zu arbeiten und keinerlei Material im Baustellenbereich zwischenzulagern.
