In the Brønnøysund Register Centre's premises (currently Brønnøysund, Oslo and Narvik) or at the consultant's office premises. This will be specifically stated in the individual contest to the purchasing system.
II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The dynamic purchasing system includes assistance with security and quality management.
The Brønnøysund Register Centre works continuously with improving our work with information security and the established management system for information security. We will therefore periodically need assistance in the fields of security management, risk management, crisis and emergency management, administration of information security and cyber security.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Tenderers must be a legally registered company.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT:
The Brønnøysund Register Centre will retrieve the company certificate using the eBevis service for Norwegian tenderers. Single person companies that are not registered in the company register must state this in the application letter.
A register printout from the Unit Register will be sufficient documentation for these. The Brønnøysund Register Centre will obtain this itself. Foreign tenderers must attach certificate that prove they are a legally established company and that they are registered in the professional registered as determined by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.
III.1.2)Economic and financial standingList and brief description of selection criteria:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
The company should have no arrears relating to the payment of taxes and duties to the government.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT:
The Brønnøysund Register Centre will obtain documentation of the payment of taxes and duties via the service eBevis for tenderers that are established in Norway. Tenderers with a business address outside of Norway must submit certificates confirming that the tenderer has its taxes and fees in order in their home country. The certificate must be issued by a public authority that is authorised to issue such certificates, and must not be more than six months old.
If a tenderer's home country does not issue such documents or certificates, they can be replaced by a declaration given under oath or affirmation by the relevant person to a legal or administrative authority, a notarius publicus or other competent authority in the home country or current country of residence.
