VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Im Zuge der Gründungsarbeiten an den SiA 5 und SiA6 wurden Erkundungsuchschachtungen durchgeführt. Im Ergebnis hierzu wurde festgestellt, dass jeweils 2 FB36 - Kabel im Bereich km 0,910 bis 1,010 aufgefunden wurden, die betriebsbereit und aufgeschaltet waren. Infolge einer fehlenden Planung zur Baufeldfreimachung durch die DBKT konnten die Kabel erst am 30.7.2019 gegen 13:15 Uhr freigeschaltet werden. Eine Gründung der Signalstandorte wurde für die Dauer der Behinderung unmöglich gemacht. Die Behinderung begann am 25.7.2019 und dauerte bis zum 30.7.2019. (insgesamt 54 h).

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Eine Gründung der Signalstandorte SIA 5 und SIA 6 wurde für die Dauer der Behinderung unmöglich gemacht. Die Behinderung begann am 25.7.2019 und dauerte bis zum 30.7.2019. (insgesamt 54 h). Die Kabel wurden erest im Zusammenhang bit Erkundungsschachtungen entdeckt.
