8.3 The etender wales project number for this tender exercise is 43341. Within the project there are four separate invitation to tenders (ITT) as follows:

8.3.1 Itt_79319 – qualification questionnaire – all bidders must complete this section of the ITT irrespective of which lot they are bidding for. The information documents for the tender can be located within this ITT.

8.3.2 Itt_79313 – Lot 1 – general cleaning and building materials – This section will contain the technical and commercial envelope for this lot only. Only to be completed by bidders for Lot 1.

8.3.3 Itt_79316 – Lot 2 – washroom services — this section will contain the technical and commercial envelope for this lot only. Only to be completed by bidders for Lot 2.

8.3.4 Itt_79318 – Lot 3 — this section will contain the technical and commercial envelope for this lot only. Only to be completed by bidders for Lot 3.

Over 73 public sector organisation in Wales have committed to the NPS in principle, including all local authorities, NHS bodies, Welsh Government, Welsh Government Sponsored Bodies, the police, fire and rescue services, higher and further education.

In accordance with Regulation 33(5) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, these procedures for awarding call-off contracts under the framework may be applied only between the contracting authorities clearly identified in the tender documentation.
