Staatsbosbeheer voert een aanbestedingsprocedure uit voor maaien waterlopen. Het betreft de instelling van een Dynamisch Aankoopsysteem (DAS) op basis van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 en gewijzigd in 2016. De hoofddoelstelling is het rechtmatig en doelmatig inkopen van het maaien en het optimaliseren van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Onder maaien waterlopen wordt al het maaien, klepelen, hekkelen en degelijke van waterlopen zoals (schouw)sloten, interne watergangen, vaarwegen en greppels. Het inhuren van machinisten voor het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden voor maaien waterlopen alsmede het huren van machines ten behoeve van maaien waterlopen met eigen medewerkers vallen ook onder de omvang van de opdracht. Baggeren, walkanten frezen en greppel frezen valt niet onder de scope van de aanbesteding. Per nadere opdracht wordt aangegeven of maaisel afgevoerd en/of verwerkt dient te worden. Een klein deel van de werkzaamheden wordt momenteel door zorginstellingen en sociale werkplaatsen uitgevoerd. Dit valt buiten de omvang van de opdracht.
