Provision of Editorial Services in German
The contractor(s) will be required to:
— edit documents in German,
— create ‘easy-to-read’ versions of FRA reports in German,
— participate in meetings.
The place of performance of the tasks shall be the contractor's premises or any other place indicated in Annex A.1 Technical Specifications.
— provision of editorial services in German: provide editing of specialised texts, blending policy, social and legal analysis, such as thematic reports, summaries, handbooks, survey data analyses, training material, human stories, web pages, informational leaflets, promotional material, etc.,
— creation of easy-to-read documents from FRA publications.
The framework contract(s) may be renewed up to three (3) times for an additional period of 12 months each time. The contract(s) shall be renewed automatically under the same conditions, unless written notification to the contrary. The duration of the contract shall not exceed 48 months.
Tender documents will be available for download at the address indicated under heading I.3). The website will be updated regularly and it is the tenderers' responsibility to check for updates and modifications during the tendering period.
