Autonomous Vehicles (AV) to Copenhagne Commute, SHOW
The aim of Copenhagen Commute, SHOW is to demonstrate a full-scale, high capacity and on demand AV feeder service, in full integration with the existing public transportation system.
The test site is situated at the business district "Lautrup" near the city of Copenhagen.
Movia wishes to test smaller and mid-sized AVs on the test site Lautrup near Copenhagen.
This tender is a reverse tender with a fixed contract sum of DKK 3 500 000 incl. tax.
This tender material is translated into English as a help and service to foreign bidders. The Danish version will at any time be considered the legally applicable and all interpretations and assessments of the tender material must be in accordance with the Danish version. In the event of discrepancy between the Danish and English version, the Danish version will prevail. Cf. tender conditions.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Documentation for entry in the CVR register (or equivalent for foreign companies).
Tenderers who at any time during the tender are covered by one of the grounds for exclusion §§ 135-136 and § 137, para. 1, nos. 1, 2 and / or 5 will be excluded from the tender, unless the person in question submits documentation within a reasonable time limit set by the contracting authority that shows the tenderer's reliability, cf. section 138 of the Public Procurement Act.
Subcontractors who are in circumstances as stated in the Public Procurement Act §§ 135-136 and § 137, para. 1, nos. 1, 2 and / or 5, is excluded from participating in the tender, unless the person in question submits documentation within a reasonable time limit set by the contracting authority, which shows the subcontractor's reliability, cf. section 138 of the Public Procurement Act. any time during the tender will be covered by one of the grounds for exclusion §§ 135-136 and § 137, para. 1, no. 1, 2 and / or 5, must be replaced, cf. section 177, subsection 1 of the Public Procurement Act. 5
The supplier is liable for damages according to the general rules of Danish law; both for property and personal injury.
The supplier is obliged to maintain the usual business liability insurance with a minimum cover amount for personal injury of DKK 10 million and a minimum cover amount for property damage of DKK 2 million.
In addition, the Contractor is obliged to maintain any statutory insurance of the vehicles included in the Project.

Payment will be executed as described in the tender material.
Consortia will have to be jointly and individually liable for the performance of the contract.

Movia will hold an online information meeting on January 7, 2021 at 13.00-14.30 CET on the Teams platform.
At the information meeting, a review of the relevant routes will be made, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
Tenderers are asked to register for the information meeting through Ethics.
