Movia wishes to test smaller and mid-sized AVs on the test site Lautrup near Copenhagen.
This tender is a reverse tender with a fixed contract sum of DKK 3 500 000 incl. tax.

Subcontractors who are in circumstances as stated in the Public Procurement Act §§ 135-136 and § 137, para. 1, nos. 1, 2 and / or 5, is excluded from participating in the tender, unless the person in question submits documentation within a reasonable time limit set by the contracting authority, which shows the subcontractor's reliability, cf. section 138 of the Public Procurement Act. any time during the tender will be covered by one of the grounds for exclusion §§ 135-136 and § 137, para. 1, no. 1, 2 and / or 5, must be replaced, cf. section 177, subsection 1 of the Public Procurement Act. 5

The supplier is liable for damages according to the general rules of Danish law; both for property and personal injury.
The supplier is obliged to maintain the usual business liability insurance with a minimum cover amount for personal injury of DKK 10 million and a minimum cover amount for property damage of DKK 2 million.
In addition, the Contractor is obliged to maintain any statutory insurance of the vehicles included in the Project.
