The main driver for demand within Northern Education Trust is to develop outstanding learning environments across it’s academies.

This programme is valued at 50 000 to 500 000 GBP per annum. The framework agreement is anticipated to be utilised as a route for all construction projects delivered by Northern Education Trust (excluding access roads and artificial grass pitch).

The procurement is a negotiated procedure with 3 stages, SQ, ITT 1 and ITT 2. With the outcome of appointing 2 providers to supply capital works to the trust. At each stage of the process we will be evaluating and the highest scoring suppliers will make it through to the next round.

As an educational provider we have a duty of care to our students and staff. Before work can begin we will require:

All health and safety paperwork and COSHH documentation relevant to the activity to be completed.

Confirmation that any person on site does not have any criminal convictions in relation to working with vulnerable children.

On completion of the contracted works the contractor is to provide all maintenance manuals and test certificates for the work completed.
