The current way of working must therefore be improved. After a concept review, we see that there are gains to be had in being more efficient and in our delivery quality by simplifying the system for enquiries for both external users and internal executive officers. We would therefore like to procure a system for handling enquiries more efficiently in the Norwegian Environment Agency.
