Innovation Partnership: Control tower for planning and implementation of operations at Oslo University Hospital Trust
Oslo University Hospital has been awarded resources from Innovasjon Norge to make an innovative procurement to develop a new and innovative service/system that makes it possible to plan and manage operations in a more efficient way.
The aim of the procurement is to develop an innovative concept (hereafter called the system/service) to optimise the planning and execution of operations in the hospital. We would like to achieve this by supporting the work on planning and updating the operation programme in order to ensure predictable implementation of the operation programme, as well as real time logistics management that will contribute to efficient implementation. The system/service must contribute to increased patient security by supporting quality assurance in the planning process, in addition to being able to increase the hospital's productivity throughout the entire operation process.
See the annex for further details on the need.
Please refer to the tender provisions.
Helse Sør-Øst and Helse Vest with underlying entities are accompanying entities that have an option to procure the ready developed system.
The procurement's value is estimated to be NOK 700 million. This sum includes development costs of NOK 13.5 million including VAT, as well as the estimated procurement costs, implementation, and use of the system over 4 years if both oUS and all the accompanying entities take up the option.
