Framework agerement for Lulesami teaching aids
The aim of the procurement is to get fast access to high quality Lulesami teaching aids in the Sami language that are in accordance with the curriculum for primary and secondary education - LK20 and LK20 Sami.
The contract includes the development, production, marketing, distribution, operation, and maintenance of teaching aids. The development work also includes work on suggesting missing terminology. The contract does not include the procurement of ready-made teaching aids. It will up to each school owner and others to decide whether to procure these.
The Sami Parliament
The aim of the procurement is to get fast access to high quality teaching aids in the Sami language that are in accordance with the curriculum for primary and secondary education - LK20 and LK20 Sami.
The Sámi Parliament would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of digital teaching aids in the Lulesami language for the Sami subject as a first language.
The teaching aids must cover all of the competence goals for the following years:
1st - 2nd years - printed books must be given out and a digital part with Feide login.
3rd - 4th years - printed books must be given out and a digital part with Feide login.
5th - 7th years- fully digital with Feide login.
8th - 10th years - fully digital with Feide login.
Teacher guidelines must be prepared for the syllabus, which are to be in digital form.
The orders will be split over four budget years. The annual call-offs can vary and will depend on the Sami Parliament's budget. The order that the teaching aids will be ordered in has not yet been decided, nor whether we will order all of the teaching aids.
The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for 1+1 year.
