CVP IS priemonėmis 1 ir 2 vokuose, o trečias vokas (paketas) su fizine projekto medžiaga turi būti pateikiamas ne vėliau kaip iki 2019 m. balandžio 17 d. 16 val. 00 min. adresu: Lietuvos architektų sąjunga, Kalvarijų g. 1, LT-09310 Vilnius, Lietuva, ant voko (paketo) nurodant „Lietuvos banko rekonstruojamų pastatų Žirmūnų g. 151, Vilnius, projekto konkursui. Projekto pasiūlymo dalis. Neatplėšti iki komisijos posėdžio“.
