The Tender Information Meeting with the suppliers will be held on 12 January 2022 at 12.00 EET in Helsinki Finland. This meeting is open to all interested suppliers. The GTK reserves the right to invite or not to invite suppliers for further Tender Information Meetings. The GTK will not pay any expenses related to this Prior Information Notice or Tender Information Meetings. The Tender Information Meeting will be held at Microsoft Teams.
Interested suppliers are requested to answer the questions below and submit their answers by no later than 10 January 2021 by 12:00 EET.
1. Support Services. What is the extent of support services you recommend for the solution, including technical support, training, and consulting operations?
2. Architecture. In the case of incremental deployment and future extensions, what architecture principles and general guidelines you would recommend to form the basis for making future decisions?
3. Implementation. What is your typical implementation model? What is the timeline from project initiation to full deployment? Please provide key milestones and estimate the time it will take for each milestone within the timeline.
4. Interfaces and Extensibility. What APIs or services does your solution provider enable connections to other systems? What standards do those services follow?
5. Licenses. What is your preferred licensing schema? What licensing options do you provide?
6. GTK role and resources. What kind of participation of GTK experts is needed to secure the success of the project? How massive resourcing needs should we anticipate for the project?
7. Admin user(s) skill set. What are the most important skills of an admin and why?
8. Purchase criteria. What type of criteria should be included in an RFP? What not?
9. Other. Do you have any general recommendations for the purchase process?
