The Meilahden Medine Service Centre is located on the 1st floor of Section A of the Meilahden Tornisairamia. The Interim Maintenance Centre has been operational in 2001. With the exception of minor repairs and replacements of washing machines, no renovations have been carried out. Autoclaves are at the end of their technical lifetime.

The project has a total area of 1500 brm² and a room area of 1 420 m². The target is for equipment maintenance to be completed by the end of 2022 before the deployment of the Bridge Hospital.

The project will consist of the renewal of nine autoclaves and the associated facilities for clean steam generators and clean water (RO-water).
