The objective of the contract is to develop the institutional capacity of the Department of European Union Investments (DoEUI) of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and actual/potential end-recipients in fulfilling their functions related to the IPA funds via providing relevant consultancy services; delivering trainings; organising workshops, study visits, project site visits, etc. The Contractor will support the DoEUI Units in project preparation, implementation and control, in preparing action fiches and action documents under the Window 3 of IPA-III; support in implementation of investment projects; improving procurement documents; conducting on-the-spot control, providing any ad-hoc support needed, etc. The Contractor will support implementation of Communication Strategy and Action Plan and promoting programmes in environment sector and their contribution to the sustainable development of the country.
