The supplier must be registered in an enterprise register, professional register or trade register in the country the supplier is established.

III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
List and brief description of selection criteria:

The supplier must have sufficient financial and financial capacity to carry out the contract. If the rating code is equal to or better than ‘Credit against collateral’ in a credit rating supplied by Bisnode AS, the requirement is satisfied.

III.1.3)Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:

The supplier must have experience from at least 5 relevant individual deliveries to major events with prominent guests over the past 2 years. Guests from the royal houses, government, ministry and municipal leadership will always be regarded as prominent guests. An event including more than 100 participants will always be considered a major event. Deliveries of flower decorations or similar that are put together to fit the design of the premises and other decor and/or season will always be considered relevant.

The supplier must have a satisfactory staffing. The supplier must have available at least 2 customer contacts, as well as 2 flower decorators with a professional certificate of apprenticeship or equivalent.
