Torus are a 40 000-home landlord and one of the region’s largest stock holding housing groups. The groups aim is to make a difference to communities across its heartland areas of Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington. We are looking for an innovative underfloor insulation solution that can be installed with minimal disruption to the occupant. The properties are in various areas of Liverpool and have an average SAP rating of D. The aim of the project is to increase the SAP rating of the property and thereby reduce the occupant’s vulnerability to fuel poverty. As well as reduce the CO2 emissions of the properties.
