Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Bei den o.g. Leistungen handelt es sich um zusätzliche Leistungen, welche nötig sind, um den termingerechte Antransport des Baumaterials für das Überwerfungsbauwerk sicher zu stellen. Eine Vergabe an einen weiteren/anderen AN ist nicht zweckmäßig, da ein unmittelbarer Zusammenhang mit der vom AN-Bau zu erbringenden Leistung besteht. Eine wirtschaftliche Ausführung der o.g. Leistungen kommt demnach nur durch den AN-Bau in Betracht. Die Leistungserbringung durch einen weiteren/anderen AN ist unwirtschaftlich und wäre folglich mit nicht zu vermeidenden Zusatzkosten und erhebliche Beeinträchtigungen des Baubetriebes im gegenständlichen Bereich verbunden.
