The Trust is considering the procurement and contracting strategy for the project. The Trust wishes to engage with potential contractors and consultants on the delivery options being considered by the Trust in order to identify the most appropriate procurement and contracting approach to maximise market interest in the project.

The Trust will be holding an open day on 24 March in the city centre of Leeds. There will be an opportunity for contractors and consultants to ask questions and provide feedback on the Trust’s proposals. Following the event, the Trust also intends to conduct 1:1 meetings with a representative sample of organisations to allow for more detailed discussion surrounding the proposed delivery arrangements. In addition, any organisations not invited to participate in face to face discussions may submit any observations and comments on the procurement and contracting approach to the address stated at I.1.
