Purchase of planning and design services for rehabilitation of about 15 tunnels on European roads [E-roads] and roads in the The Norwegian Public Roads Administration's, central region, in the counties of Møre og Romsdal, Sør Trøndelag and Nord Trøndelag. The preliminary amount for grants is approx. NOK 480 million over 2014–2018, but this may change significantly.
Requirements in the Tunnel Safety Regulations must be met in 2019. The same date applies for various requirements in electrical regulations.
Necessary planning, risk assessments, building plans, estimates, tender documentation with G-PROG description, documentation and assistance during the construction period are included in this tender.
The contracting authority is the Project Department at the Norwegian Public Roads, Central Region, with headquarters in Molde.

The tunnels in the Central Region to be upgraded are on E6, E39, E136, Rv70 and Rv 658.
The planning and project services are the following:

— Route 7a. E6 Egge-Hell-Stavsjøfjell-Være tunnel NOK 43.1 million.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: — The tenderer shall have the legal foundation necessary to fulfil the contract obligations. The tenderer must be registered in an enterprise register as prescribed in the state where the tenderer is established.

Requirement for tax certificate.
All Norwegian suppliers shall submit tax certificate and VAT certificate in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 3.3 / § 7.8 / § 17.14. Use Form RF 1244 for both certificates. (G6 and G7).
Similarly, all foreign suppliers must provide a certificate of having fulfilled their obligations relating to the payment of taxes in accordance with the laws of the State where they are established. (G6 and G7).
Enclose tax certificates (tax certificate from the municipal treasurer, cf G6, and tax certificate from the tax collector cf G7, respectively) with the tender in accordance with Form G1.
