Provision of a call centre facility for the Council of the European Union.
Within the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union's crisis management and business continuity policy, the aim is to provide a call centre facility that, following a declaration of disaster, will be able to act as a kind of 'casualty bureau' for the purpose of collecting information on potential victims of the crisis.

any appeals must be lodged with the General Court within 2 months of the plaintiff being notified or, failing this, of the date on which it became known to them. Lodging a complaint with the European Ombudsman neither suspends this deadline nor creates a new deadline for appeals.
The time limits are extended on account of distance by a set period of 10 days, whatever the relevant party's usual place of establishment or domicile.
