Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Mehrere Änderungen haben sich aus der fortschreitenden Planung gegenüber dem Stand der Ausschreibung ergeben: Die Nachström-Öffnungen im 1.UG wurden von Kipp auf Drehflügel umgestellt um den Öffnungsquerschnitt zu verbessern und die Antriebe nun an der langen Seite des Flügels besser unterbringen zu können. Anstatt einer Schiebetüre in Sonderkonstruktion wird im 1. UG eine Faltschiebeanlage als Einbringöffnung ausgeführt. Sämtliche Türen im FA1 sind nach Angabe Fachplanung mit Fluchttüröffnern auszustatten, im Zuge der LV-Erstellung wurden diesbezüglich jedoch keine Anforderungen gestellt bzw. Angaben zugearbeitet. ln der EG-Fassade ist zusätzlich eine einflügelige Fluchttüre neben dem T6 geplant worden. Dies war zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung nicht ersichtlich.
