Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Da 2 Stahlträger im 1. UG Sodexo Bereich Sozialräume (Kern K4) eingebaut werden müssen, muss die abgehängte Decke abgebaut werden. Da der Bereich über der abgehängten Decke in dem Bereich nicht sichtbar war, hat Fa. TAP eine Sondierungsöffnung erstellt, sodass die Verortung der Leitungen im Bestand geprüft werden kann. Beim Abbruch der Decke ist eine unsaubere Kante entstanden, die Decke musste ergänzt werden. Ein Auftragnehmerwechsel kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
