Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Durch zusätzlich gewordene Trockenbauarbeiten entstehen neue Öffnungen in der Trennlinie zwischen Baustelle und Museumsbetrieb. Um eine Trennung zwischen Baustelle und Museumsbetrieb sicherzustellen wurde das Kontrollieren und Verschließen aller Öffnungen an der Trennlinie als zusätzliche Leistung bei der Fa. KBS beauftragt, da die Fa. KBS bereits für die Zugangskontrolle und Bewachung der Baustelle beauftragt ist. Ein Auftragnehmerwechsel würde an dieser Stelle zu erhöhten Schnittstellen und Abstimmungsbedarf im Bereich der Baustellensicherheit führen würde.
