Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Necesitatea unor lucrari, servicii sau produse aditionale din partea contractantului/concesionarului initial [articolul 43 alineatul (1) litera (b) din Directiva 2014/23/UE, articolul 72 alineatul (1) litera (b) din Directiva 2014/24/UE, articolul 89 alineatul (1) litera (b) din Directiva 2014/25/UE]. Descrierea motivelor economice sau tehnice si a inconvenientei sau a dublarii costurilor care implica schimbarea contractantului: este necesara achizitionarea de la contractantul initial a unor produse servicii sau lucrari suplimentare. Majorarea pretului contractului reprezentant valoarea produselor serviciilor sau lucrarilor suplimentare este de 50 % din pretul contractului initial.
