This option could include waveguide insert, electrical terminal box and/or other valve parts. It may also include small tests and verification as scoping trials to indicate design viability.

Explanation:
The parameters defining the requirements for the Vacuum valves have been set by ITER and a general strategy was set for the vacuum valves which does not allow to tender for other valves, but the one classified as ‘ITER Valves’. Therefore, only VAT can produce the Valves and manufacture them with the adaptations required for the Launcher, as defined under OPE 667.
