Kolding Kommune udbyder et dynamisk indkøbssystem på indkøb af ad hoc buskørsel til samtlige ordregivers enheder og institutioner. Det dynamiske indkøbssystem omfatter buskørsel af ordregivers ad hoc kørsel, hvor ordregiver ikke på anden vis er aftalebelagt, eller benytter egne busser. Visiteret kørsel af f.eks. specialbørn, handicappede og ældre er ikke omfattet af udbuddet. Fast kørsel til fx idræt og svømning er heller ikke omfattet af udbuddet.
