DescriptionThe purpose of this contract is to develop a European cannabis policy toolkit, that will support decision makers and planners with the design, implementation and evaluation of national cannabis policies. To achieve this, the Agency will provide services under four categories: anticipating new and future challenges (anticipate); alerting on emerging risks and drug-related threats (alert); assessing needs and available responses (respond); and evaluating and disseminating new knowledge and best practice (learn). The cannabis policy toolkit offers a service for customers engaged with policy development and evaluation, and fits primarily under the ‘learn’ and ‘anticipate’ categories.
