L'Ente Aggiudicatore si riserva di aggiudicare l'appalto di cui alla presente gara anche in presenza di una sola offerta valida. In caso di offerte uguali si procederà al sorteggio delle stesse. Per requisiti, modalità di presentazione dell'offerta e della relativa documentazione nonché per la descrizione della procedura di aggiudicazione si rinvia al disciplinare di gara, parte integrante e sostanziale del presente bando. Il suddetto disciplinare è disponibile presso i punti di contatto indicati alla precedente Sez. I.1) nonché sul sito web dell'Ente Aggiudicatore. Entro il termine di 60 giorni dalla aggiudicazione l'Appaltatore ha l'obbligo di corrispondere alla Ferrotramviaria SpA le spese relative alla pubblicazione del bando di gara e dell'avviso di aggiudicazione pubblicati su 2 principali quotidiani a diffusione nazionale e su 2 a maggiore diffusione locale, ai sensi dell'art. 34, c. 35, D.L. 179/2012 conv. in L. 221/2012, per l'importo che sarà comunicato dal medesimo Ente Aggiudicatore. Importo contributo dovuto all'Autorità di Vigilanza per i Contratti Pubblici: 70 EUR (CIG 6354290DFA). Codice CUP: H51C00000000009. La sanzione in caso di mancanza, incompletezza ed ogni altra irregolarità essenziale, ai sensi dell'art. 38, c. 2-bis, D.Lgs. 163/2006 s.m.i. è pari a 616 EUR.
