Description: Der Ausschreibungsgegenstand umfasst den Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen mit bis zu drei Wirtschaftsteilnehmern über den Bezug und die Nutzung von "Gebraucht-Software" des Herstellers Microsoft. Ggf. zwecks Spezifizierung der Produkte wird auf die jeweils aktuelle Produktliste der Firma Microsoft Bezuggenommen (derzeit zu finden unter http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/contracts und dort unter ProductList,German). Bezugsberechtigte sind neben der KDZ Mainz auch die KIV Thüringen sowie ihre Gesellschafter, die Landkreise, Städte, Gemeinden,Verwaltungsgemeinschaften und Zweckverbände im Freistaat Thüringen einschließlich deren rechtlich selbständigen und unselbständigen Einrichtungen. Die Bezugsberechtigten sind die Lizenznehmer. Die KDZ Mainz und die KIV Thüringen schließen eigene Rahmenvereinbarungen mit den jeweils bestplatzierten Bietern ab. Die Rahmenvereinbarungen sollen -ohne Begründung einer Abnahmeverpflichtung- die Deckung von bei ihrem Abschluss noch nicht detailliert plan- und konkretisierbarer Beschaffungsbedarfe der Bezugsberechtigten durch bedarfsgerechten Abruf der Vertragsleistungen ermöglichen. Über die Regelaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung schätzen die Auftraggeber einen Auftragswert von ca. 200.000,00 Euro (netto) für die KDZ Mainz und 1.000.000,00 Euro (netto) für die KIV Thüringen. Der Höchstwert ist auf insgesamt 1.500.000,00 Euro (netto) festgelegt. Der geschätzte Auftragswert basiert auf den Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre einschließlich geschätzter Mehrbedarfe.
