Description: Pour garantir au maître d'ouvrage la réussite de l'opération selon ses objectifs, l'équipe proposée devra impérativement disposer des compétences professionnelles suivantes : - Architecture ; - Ingénierie structure ; - Ingénierie courants forts et faibles, VDI, SSI ; - Ingénierie en CVC, PLOMBERIE, maitrise de l'énergie y compris STD (besoins, confort été, tel que construit), SED, régulation des équipements techniques : GTB, GMAO - SHAREPOINT ; - Ingénierie environnementale : HQE, bilan ACV, gestion des déchets de chantier, économie circulaire, matériaux biosourcés, etc. ; - Ingénierie en acoustique ; - Ingénierie en VRD ; - Ingénierie Paysagère ; - Economie de la construction, coût global ; - Commissionnement, performance énergétique, suivi des consommations et mise en œuvre du protocole IPMVP ; - Organisation de chantier, méthodes et coordination de chantier (OPC) ; - Travaux de construction (TCE) ; - Travaux de désamiantage - Travaux de déconstruction dans une logique de valorisation et de réemploi des gisements de ressources éventuelles ; - Travaux en site occupé ; - Exploitation-maintenance multi technique ; Le mandataire du groupement sera l'entreprise générale.
