Description of the procurement
Der Gesamtumfang beträgt circa 32 381 Stunden/Jahr, davon circa 3 270 Stunden/Jahr für Koordinationsdienste, circa 930 Stunden/Jahr Servicedienste, circa 27 480 Stunden/Jahr Aufsichtsdienste, circa 100 Stunden/Jahr Garderobendienste sowie circa 601 Stunden/Jahr für Sonderdienste. Diese Stundenangaben sind Zirkawerte, da das Museum als Stiftung des öffentlichen Rechts im Hinblick auf die Durchführung von neuen Ausstellungen vom jährlichen Haushaltsbudget abhängig ist. Darüber hinaus kann nicht vorhergesehen werden, welchen Anklang die jeweilige Ausstellung bei den Besuchern findet, was Auswirkungen auf die Anzahl des einzusetzenden Personals haben wird. Die/Der Koordinator*in benötigt zwei Stellvertreter*innen, das Gleiche gilt auch für den Servicedienst. Es ist auch möglich, dass der/die Koordinator*in den Servicedienst wahrnimmt. Der Schließdienst muss auf jeden Fall gewährleistet sein. Die Einsätze von Personal muss auch kurzfristig und bei Krankheit, Mutterschutz und Urlaub jederzeit möglich sein.
