Operatorii economici vor putea solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere ofetelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor, in a 11 a zi.
