Le candidat pourra envisager d’intégrer une démarche de développement durable dans son projet). Le pouvoir adjudicateur attachera une importance à une méthodologie propre au site concerné (opération de réhabilitation, recherche de gain thermique et de performance énergétique) (30 points = note sur 5 coefficient 6) - Critère d’organisation Le candidat devra fournir les éléments liés à l’organisation avec le détail et le planning prévisionnel proposé. (Planification, respect des délais, contrôle interne, communication, délais des livrables…) (20 points = note sur 5 coefficient 4) - Moyens humains et matériel affectés au marché : Organisation des ressources et des compétences professionnelles du personnel pour répondre aux prestations, qualification sur la base des CV/ habilitation/certification. Le soumissionnaire présentera les expériences professionnelles liées à l'exécution du présent marché pour des prestations analogues, par rapport aux compétences attendues. Connaissances dans les montages complexes, droit de la commande publique et compétence rédactionnelle attendue. (20 Points = note sur 5 coefficient 4) - Références : Le pouvoir adjudicateur analysera ce critère sur la base des éléments produits par le candidat dans son mémoire technique et les prestations déjà réalisées pour son compte pourront être utilisées. Le candidat pourra démontrer dans ce critère son expérience en accompagnement des maîtres d’ouvrages et mettre en avant sa connaissance dans la réhabilitation de bâtiments/logements. Une présentation illustrée de projets similaires dans le domaine sur les 5 dernières années sera valorisée. (30 points = note sur 5 coefficient 6)
