Possesso di attestazione di qualificazione rilasciata da una S.O.A. regolarmente autorizzata, in corso di validità, per le seguenti categorie: OS 28 — classifica III oppure OG11 — classifica III;
Possesso di certificazione di qualità serie UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 rilasciata da soggetti accreditati ai sensi delle norme europee della serie UNICEI EN 45000 e della serie UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17000 per attività di progettazione, costruzione e manutenzione di impianti di riscaldamento, condizionamento e di gestione del calore;
Possesso di certificazione di qualità serie UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 rilasciata da soggetti accreditati ai sensi delle normative europee della serie UNICEI EN 45000 e della serie UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17000 per attività di gestione calore.
