Der Auftraggeber verfolgt mit der Beschaffung die folgenden Ziele:
— Gewährleistung eines störungsfreien Betriebes aller SAP – Produktivsysteme,
— Gewährleistung eines störungsarmen Betriebes aller weiteren SAP – Systeme (Testsysteme und Qualitätssicherungssysteme),
— Sicherstellung des aktuellsten Release- bzw. Patchstandes der SAP- Systeme inkl. der Datenbanksysteme,
— Vereinbarung eines Stundensatzes für Dienstleistungen im SAP-Bereich (Basis + Applikation), welcher im Bedarfsfall (z.B. bei Projekten) für Beauftragungen verwendet werden kann,
— Zeitnaher und ordnungsgemäßer Datenaustausch mit allen an das SAP angeschlossenen Fremdsysteme.
