The contractor will provide BSI information and data for targeted cyber-attacks (Advanced Persistent Threats (APTS) and cyber-espionage). For particular interest, information is provided by groups of Ttergroups, current attack campaigns, espionage software, attack techniques and strategic analyses of the motivation of the groups. In addition, the contractor will provide the BSI with technical information in the form of Indicators of Compromise, which it collects through its own sensor network or is despatched from external sources.
In the following, the expected retention is listed again more specifically:
Detailed analyses of spionage software,
Detailed analysis of attack campaigns by APT or game groups;
Detailed analysis of the infrastructure of groups of dreams;
Detailed analysis of exploits and attack techniques;
Analyses of target selection of target groups;
Analysis of indications referring to the origin of groups of dreams.

Companies are entitled to comply with the provisions of the tendering procedure and, if they so wish, the contracting authority, the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Procurement Office of the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BeschA).
If a company of interest is in breach of its rights by not respecting public procurement rules, the concealment must be cancelled within ten calendar days (160 (a)). 3 PP. 1 No 1 Law on Competition Affairs (GWB)). By the time indicated in the notice of invitation to tender or submission of a tender, by the time indicated in the contract notice or tender documents, you will be subject to the award notice (160 (a)). 3 PP. 1 No 2 and 3 GWB).
If the BeschA informs the company that its RGE does not wish to be abducted, there is a need to make an application to the Public Procurement Board within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notification (160 para. 3 PP. 1 No 4 GWB).
Before the award of the contract, tenderers whose tenders are not intended to take charge of the award of the contract will be awarded a contract of 134. 1 GWB shown. A contract may not be concluded until 15 calendar days after the date of dispatch of this information; if this is determined by fax or electronic means, that period shall be 10 calendar days. It shall begin on the day following the dispatch of the information by the certificate.
An application for a further investigation must be made in writing to the Federal Public Procurement Board at the Federal Cartel Office, Villemomincompatible Strae 76, 53123 Bonn.
Note: In the event of a request for supplementary action, the certificate shall be submitted to the Public Procurement Board, which shall also send the public procurement files containing the tenders submitted. The parties have a right of access to the file. With regard to the relevant documents of the offer, please do not know what information is to be treated as industrial and commercial secrets.
