The Prize aims at distinguishing outstanding journalism in Europe on a yearly basis. The purpose of the contract is to select an independent, credible and well-established EU-based media organization responsible for implementing this project.
More specifically, the contractor shall be responsible for, amongst other tasks:
Production: consulting, selection and organization of a jury, drafting of Prize rules, organization of meetings, drafting of minutes and working documents, preparation of annual activity report.
Promotion: organization of call for applications, Prize website, rules and application forms, publications, social media strategy, audio-visual production, other communication and outreach activities.
Support and logistics: organization of jury meetings, award ceremony, and other events.
