This contract will include, all relevant construction works, supplies for required plant, machinery, equipment and materials, installation, testing and commissioning.

- The existing capacity of the Orhaneli Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) is about 1000 m³/day. Construction of the extension of Orhaneli WWTP will have a capacity of 4400 m³/day. The extension works will include construction of preliminary treatment units such as screens and aerated grit chamber; bio-P, tank including chemical dosing system, aeration, and sedimentation tanks; disc filter and disinfection units; sludge dewatering units; and ancillary structures such as transformer, generator, and administration buildings.

- The construction of rehabilitation of inlet structures and pre-treatment units of Doğu WWTP will include renewal of the existing pre-treatment units such as screens, grit cambers, pumping stations and construction of a new aerated sand/grease removal units including mechanical and electrical works for capacity of 800 000 m³/day wastewater flow.

- The construction period will be 18 months, followed by 12 months for Defect Liability Period,

This contract will include, all relevant construction works, supplies for required plant, machinery, equipment and materials, installation, testing and commissioning

- The Yeniköy (Karacabey) WWTP will be constructed newly and the works will include construction of preliminary treatment units such as screens and aerated grit chamber; bio-P tank including chemical dosing system,, aeration andsedimentation tanks; disc filter and disinfection units; sludge dewatering units; and ancillary structures such as transformer, generator, and administration buildings. The WWTP capacity will be 4 400 m³/day.

- The existing capacity of Orhangazi WWTP is about 17000 m³/day and it is intended that capacity of the plant will be 51000 m³/day. The extension works for Orhangazi WWTP will include construction of preliminary treatment units such as screens and inlet pumping station; bio-P tank including chemical dosing system,, aeration and sedimentation tanks, RAS pumping station, Disc Filter, Disinfection Units, sludge dewatering units and ancillary structures such as blower, transformer and administration buildings.

- The extension works for İznik WWTP will include construction of the preliminary treatment units such as screens and aerated grit chamber, process units, rotary drum filter, anaerobic, anoxic (denitrification), membrane bio-recator(MBR) and treated water tanks; sludge dewatering units; ancillary structures such as transformer, generator, administration buildings. The existing capacity of İznik WWTP is about 9000 m³/day The final WWTP capacity will be 24000 m³/day.

The construction period will be 18 months, followed by 12 months for Defect Liability, guarantee, maintenance and operation period.

III.1)Teilnahmebedingungen
III.1.1)Befähigung zur Berufsausübung einschließlich Auflagen hinsichtlich der Eintragung in einem Berufs- oder Handelsregister
Auflistung und kurze Beschreibung der Bedingungen:

1. The Bidder must have successfully completed similar contracts as defined below within the last 10 years up to the submission deadline of the Tender. Previous experience must be proved by originals or notary-certified copies of provisional acceptance (Taking Over Certificate ) or final acceptance (Performance) certificates.

2. Participation as contractor, management contractor, a joint venture member or subcontractor, in at least one (1) contract within the last ten (10) years (between 1st January 2012 and bid submission deadline), with a value of at least

- For Lot 1; eight million (8 000 000) Euro, or two (2) contracts with a total value of twelve million (12 000 000) Euro

- For Lot 2; seven million (7 000 000) Euro, or two (2) contracts with a total value of ten million five hundred thousand (10 500 000) Euro

that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed Works. The similarity shall be based on the physical size, complexity, methods/technology or other characteristics as described in Section VI, Work’s Requirements.

3. For the above or other contracts executed during the period stipulated above, a minimum experience in the following key activities:

- For Lot 1; complete construction, installation, operation and delivery of a WWTP having the capacity at least 30000 m³/day one single contract,

- For Lot 2; complete construction, installation, operation and delivery of a WWTP having the capacity at least 15000 m³/day one single contract,

III.1.2)Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit

* The average of annual turnovers in constructon works over the past five (5) financial years (2017-2021) shall be a minimum of;

- For Lot 1; seven million (7 000 000) Euro or equivalent.

- For Lot 2; six million (6 000 000) Euro or equivalent

Annual turnovers shall be verified by the documents certified by Certified (Sworn-in) Public Accountant or Tax Authority.

* The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual

advance payments to meet;

For Lot 1:

i. the following cash-flow requirement of one million and five hundred thousand (1.500.000) Euro, and

ii. the overall cash flow requirements for this contract and its current commitments

For Lot 2;

i. the following cash-flow requirement of one million and two hundred thousand (1.200.000) Euro, and

ii. the overall cash flow requirements for this contract and its current commitments

* The audited financial statements (audited balance sheets and income tables or, if not required by the law of the tenderer’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer) as well

as the report of certified public (sworn) accountant for the past 5 financial years shall be submitted and must demonstrate the soundness of the Bidder’s financial position, showing long-term

profitability.
