A 4-year contract covering the acquisition of the tool, its implementation and annual support and maintenance will be drawn up with the successful tenderer.
The contract will cover the following products and services (the 'scope') during the life of the contract:
— acquisition of the business glossary tool (software),
— implementation of the tool including design, installation, configuration and customisation, integration with at least 2 major components (Microsoft Active Directory and IBM Data Stage), testing, documentation and training services. For the avoidance of doubt, the successful tenderer is expected to deliver consulting services related to the implementation of the tool, if necessary by procuring such services on its own account,
— recurring costs, including licences support and maintenance costs.
