Performance — technical solutions proposed (17 points)

— details and quality of media (6 points)

— qualifications and skills of the team devoted to the work covered by the contract

for Lot 2 — technical assistance services for the creation of a tool for management of the Public Tranquillité

The assessment of tenders will be made on the following weighted criteria:

1°) the technical value of the tender 60 points

— details of the conduct and monitoring of services (10 points),

— the intervention methods proposed (15 points)

— the tools implemented and the deliverables proposed (20 points)

— the adequacy of the professional qualification and competence of the speakers

dedicated to the services subject of the contract (15 points)

2°) the price of the tender 40 points

limiting the number of lots awarded to a candidate:

each candidate may at one or both lots, but the same candidate may not be awarded the two lots.
