List and brief description of the conditions: The procedure may not involve a tenderer, a subcontractor or an economic operator who is the Kbt. Subject to the grounds for exclusion laid down in Section 62(1) and (2).

Means of verification: The Kbt. Payment of the invoice shall be made by the Public Procurement Act. Section 135(1) and (6) and Section of the Civil Code Act Section 6:130 (1)-(2) and in accordance with the contract, in HUF. No advance payment or partial billing is provided for. The contracting authority shall ensure the submission of an invoice per purchase order and an omnibus invoice shall be provided. Payment orders: 272/2014 (XI.5.) Kr., Act CXLIII of 2015, Act CXXVII of 2007, Act V of 2013 The detailed terms of payment shall be laid down in the contract. Form fin: follow-up funding from the GINOP projects referred to in the call. Aid intensity: 100 %.

0,5 %/calendar day up to 10 % of the net contractual consideration for late payment, subject to the contracting authority’s right to cancel or terminate the contract; default penalty of 20 % of the net contractual consideration; warranty 12 months.
