The scope of this study is to undertake an ‘ex post’ analysis of the extent to which the participants in this campaign have implemented the pledges they committed to. The contractor should take stock of the original commitments, present a picture as accurate as possible of the pledges implemented, identify good practice examples, factors of success, and also the constraints and difficulties encountered by participants in the initiative during the implementation phase. A report should summarise the findings of the study, draw on the lessons learned from the initiative and formulate recommendations about how to improve the EAfA scheme and apprenticeships in construction.
