Reagents Kits for Genotyping of Mycobacterial DNA to LPA (Line Probe Assay)
Folkehelseinstituttet [the Norwegian Institute of Public Health] wishes to enter into a framework agreement for kits to be used for identification and rapid molecular detection of mycobacterial DNA resistance by LPA.
A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer.
The current use of LPA in the reference laboratory activates a need for a framework agreement for the purchase of kits that can increase the efficiency of the order flow, while at the same time the tests are to produce/present specified results. The LPA methodology includes a control system for quality based on the ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
The contracting authority shall have an exclusive option for extending the framework agreement for further 2 years for 1 year at a time, to a total of maximum 4 years.

Registered in a trade register or company register.
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers must have the required economic and financial standing. Economic and financial standing shall be documented with the following information: an approved annual financial statements with the annual report and the auditor’s report for the last fiscal year, as well as recent information of relevance.
Only for public goods deliveries: the tenderer has, in the reference period, carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to 3 years experience and can take experience from the period before the last 3 years into consideration.
