II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

In particular, Ruhrbahn GmbH wishes to provide quick and targeted access to information for drivers. It is also planned to implement ‘paperless driving’. In particular, mobile provision of documents and media required by mobile workers to carry out their work. In addition, drivers should have learning units in the sense of an e-learning programme and simple forms to report specific facts.

In order to speed up and improve the quality of communication between crew, disposition, administration, workshops and passengers, a tablet shall be made available to crew members providing all technical and operational information after synchronisation at the yard or break room, including offline, and providing up-to-date and targeted information on course-related events via push notifications. In addition, mobile workers can self-report information back on the system side.

This project will initially implement a test phase and also prepare for the widespread introduction of digital driver communication. This includes, in addition to the provision of media and documents, forms and video functionalities, as well as the establishment of intelligent and automated distribution processes, combining the solution with the Typo3 systems and/or Initperdis GmbH (Perdis) personnel management system.

III.1)Conditions for participation

The contracting authority expects the tenderer to identify at least 3 reference projects (formbl. A-6, A-6.1; A-6.2; A-6.3) with details of the service performed which is comparable to the service to be awarded. Comparable benefits are those which satisfy at least the following requirements:

Three successfully completed LPT projects in the last 3 calendar years, starting from the publication of the contract notice (i.e. either the starting date is longer than 3 calendar years and the starting date overlaps with the reference period, or the starting date falls within the period of the last 3 calendar years).

The 3 successful LPT projects must have been implemented in the order of magnitude – 500 users.

For at least one of the required 3 completed projects, interfaces with Perdis (initperdis) and ivu.plan (IPPC) must have been implemented.
